At the Vaynor First School, we know how important it is to keep our bodies and minds healthy. With this in mind, Mental Health and Wellbeing is paramount at this time during lock down. Attached are some activities for you to take part in this week all linked to the theme of kindness. Also, I have attached some resources linked to feelings to help support discussions at home with regards to lock down.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 18th- 24th May, this year’s theme is ‘Kindness matters’.
I am challenging all Vaynor children to take part in random acts of kindness. How many acts of kindness can you complete this week? Below you will find a challenge grid with ideas and some kindness crafts to take part in.
I would love to see your photos, please send them to email@example.com so that I can use them to display on our website of how kind we all are!
