In school we have a calm down jar to use in class when our feelings might be a little fuzzy! Why not make one at home- all you need is a jar or bottle, water and some glitter or sequins. The instructions are attached below.
Also attached is a feeling chart and diary- you could use the emotion chart card to discuss how you are feeling during the week.
