Kids yoga improves flexibility and increases blood flow, which in turn can help reduce the risk of injury during other physical activity.

These PE activities can be done individually or as a family.

A fun 'compete against yourself' approach to physical activity with a focus on resilience and perseverance and the aim to achieve bronze, silver or gold medals. There isa wide range of activity cards and videos.
