Personal Challenges Week

Attached are some 60 second challenges for the children to have a go at. Included, is a recording sheet so the children can really get into the personal competitiveness. Try to complete 2 challenges per day and have 3 attempts to beat your score.

Also find a healthy A-Z attachment which could be done as a pointless type activity. Challenge yourself against family members to come up with the least obvious/most obscure answer and award points for those who come up with an answer that no one else has. 

Or you may simple want to enjoy the fitness activities attached. All can be completed indoors or outdoors.
