Complaints
We always hope that parents are happy with every aspect of their child's education and support offered by the school but, despite our best efforts there are, sometimes concerns.
Therefore, we would like to highlight our complaints procedure for you.
Stage 1 is Informal - raising a concern with a member of staff
Should you feel your concern has not been addressed please see the formal stages of our complaint procedure below.
Stage 2 is Formal - complaint heard by the Headteacher
Stage 3 is Formal - complaint heard by Chair of Governors
Stage 4 is Formal - complaint is heard by the Governing Bodies Complaints Appeal Panel
Stage 5 is Formal - complaint to the Schools Complaint Unit
